Durch den Glanz der Lampen, durch Rāvaṇas eigene Strahlkraft und durch das Funkeln der Schmuckstücke meinte Hanumān, der Ort stünde wie in Flammen aus Licht.
Hanuman fancied that the entire place was set ablaze with the glow of lamps, the lustre of Ravana and the brilliant glow of Ravana's ornaments (everything was shining).
Dharma is reinforced through truthful discernment: Hanumān observes power and splendor without mistaking it for righteousness, keeping his judgment aligned with the larger moral order.
Inside the inner palace, Hanumān sees intense brilliance from lamps, Rāvaṇa’s presence, and ornaments, making the hall seem as if lit like fire.
Clarity and steadiness—Hanumān remains composed while assessing a dazzling, intimidating environment.
