सीतावृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् / Report of Sītā’s Condition and Tokens of Recognition
वैदेहीमक्षतां श्रुत्वा रामस्तूत्तरमब्रवीत्।।5.65.4।।क्व सीता वर्तते देवी कथं च मयि वर्तते।एतन्मे सर्वमाख्यात वैदेहीं प्रति वानराः।।5.65.5।।
vaidēhīm akṣatāṃ śrutvā rāmas tūttaram abravīt |
kva sītā vartate devī kathaṃ ca mayi vartate |
etan me sarvam ākhyāta vaidēhīṃ prati vānarāḥ ||
Als Rāma hörte, dass Vaidehī unversehrt sei, sprach er: „Wo ist die göttliche Sītā, und wie ist ihre Haltung mir gegenüber? Berichtet mir alles über Vaidehī.“
Coming to know that the two princes were sighing in relief, Hanuman presented the token of identification given by Sita to Rama, after having communicated in full the messsage of Sita in an orderly manner.ityārṣē śrīmadrāmāyaṇē vālmīkīya ādikāvyē sundarakāṇḍē pañcaṣaṣṭitamassargaḥ৷৷Thus ends the sixtyfifth sarga of Sundarakanda of the holy Ramayana, the first epic composed by sage Valmiki.
