Hanuman’s Report and Praise of the Vanara Host

bhavatām abhyanujñāto vikramo me ruṇaddhi tān |

FAQs

Dharma is framed as disciplined strength used in service of a righteous mission: the speaker seeks authorization (restraint and order) before unleashing power, showing that force should be guided by rightful command and purpose.

As the vānara forces prepare for conflict with Laṅkā’s rākṣasas, a senior warrior asserts his capacity to repel the enemy, requesting permission to act and boosting collective confidence.

Controlled valor—courage combined with obedience to leadership and readiness to protect the righteous cause.
