हनूमदुपदेशः रावणस्य च कोपः
Hanuman’s Counsel to Ravana and Ravana’s Wrath
प्राप्तं धर्मफलं तावद्भवता नात्र संशयः।फलमस्याप्यधर्मस्य क्षिप्रमेव प्रपत्स्यसे।।।।
prāptaṃ dharmaphalaṃ tāvad bhavatā nātra saṃśayaḥ | phalam asyāpy adharmasya kṣipram eva prapatsyase ||
Bis jetzt hast du ohne Zweifel die Früchte des Dharma erlangt. Doch sehr bald wirst du auch die Frucht dieses Adharma erfahren.
"There is no doubt you have earned merit through righteousness (dharma destroys adharma and yields sweet fruit ultimately). But now you will quickly reap the result of your unrighteousness also.
Past righteousness does not cancel present wrongdoing; each action bears its own result, and adharma ripens swiftly into suffering.
Hanumān acknowledges Rāvaṇa’s earlier merit but warns him that the consequence of abducting Sītā is imminent.
Balanced judgment—Hanumān recognizes merit where it exists, yet speaks uncompromisingly about the consequences of adharma.
