Hanuman’s Counsel to Ravana and Ravana’s Wrath
Wie also, o König, willst du dein Leben in Sicherheit bringen?
"Sugriva is not an demon, nor a danava nor gandharva, nor a yaksha nor even a pannaga. Therefore how can you save your life from Sugriva?
Relying on technical protections while persisting in injustice is folly; dharma works through unforeseen agents beyond one’s assumptions.
Hanumān highlights that Rāvaṇa’s imagined safety from certain classes of beings does not guarantee safety from others involved in Rāma’s alliance.
Pragmatic wisdom in moral counsel—Hanumān exposes overconfidence and urges a dharmic course before war becomes inevitable.
