Hanuman Enters Lanka and Encounters Laṅkā-devatā
अथ तामब्रवीद्वीरो हनुमानग्रतः स्थिताम्।कथयिष्यामि ते तत्त्वं यन्मां त्वं परिपृच्छसि।।।।
atha tām abravīd vīro hanumān agrataḥ sthitām | kathayiṣyāmi te tattvaṃ yan māṃ tvaṃ paripṛcchasi ||
Da sprach der tapfere Hanumān, der vor ihr stand: „Ich will dir die Wahrheit sagen über das, wonach du mich fragst.“
Then Hanuman who was standing in front of her said, "I will tell you the truth since you are asking me".
