Commencement of the Ocean-Crossing

"You ought to rise up if you consider the nobility of the scion of the Kakusthas, the deportation of Mythili, and the exertion put forth by Hanuman, the lord of monkeys".
Dharma is to assist the righteous when their cause is just—compassion for Rāma, concern for Sītā’s suffering, and respect for Hanumān’s effort call for supportive action.
As Hanumān flies over the ocean, the ocean urges Maināka to rise and offer him rest and assistance.
Karunā (compassion) expressed as practical help—recognizing merit and responding with timely support.
