सीतातृतीयः काकुत्स्थः परिश्रान्तः सुखोचितः।भरद्वाजाश्रमे रम्ये तां रात्रिमवसत्सुखम्।।।।

Transliteration

sītātṛtīyaḥ kākutsthaḥ pariśrāntaḥ sukhocitaḥ |

bharadvājāśrame ramye tāṁ rātrim avasat sukham || 2.54.35 ||

Translation

Rāma aus dem Geschlecht der Kakutsthas — Sītā als Dritte, mit ihm und Lakṣmaṇa — verbrachte, obgleich erschöpft und an Annehmlichkeiten gewöhnt, jene Nacht glücklich im lieblichen Āśrama Bharadvājas.
