Sita’s Resolve to Accompany Rama to the Forest
अनुकूलं तु सा भर्तुर्ज्ञात्वा गमनमात्मनः।क्षिप्रं प्रमुदिता देवी दातुमेवोपचक्रमे।।2.30.46।।
anukūlaṃ tu sā bhartur jñātvā gamanam ātmanaḥ |
kṣipraṃ pramuditā devī dātum evopacakrame ||2.30.46||
Als sie erkannte, dass ihr Mitgehen dem Gemahl wohlgefiel, begann die edle Frau, von Freude erfüllt, sogleich mit dem Schenken.
O sinless son of the Raghus I am not like other women who bring disgreace to the family. I have not looked at any one except you, even with my mind's eye. I will go (to the forest) along with you.

After Rāma’s assent that she may accompany him, Sītā joyfully initiates the distribution of wealth as instructed.
