यावदावर्तते चक्रं तावती मे वसुन्धरा।।।।प्राचीनास्सिन्धुसौवीरा स्सौराष्ट्रा दक्षिणापथाः।वङ्गाङ्गमगधाः मत्स्याः समृद्धा काशिकोसलाः।।।।

Transliteration

yāvad āvartate cakraṃ tāvatī me vasundharā | prācīnās sindhu-sauvīrāḥ saurāṣṭrā dakṣiṇāpathāḥ | vaṅgāṅga-magadhā matsyāḥ samṛddhā kāśi-kosalāḥ ||

Translation

So weit das Rad des Streitwagens rollt, so weit reicht mein königliches Land: die östlichen Reiche, Sindhu–Sauvīra, Saurāṣṭra, der südliche Pfad, und die reichen Länder von Vaṅga, Aṅga, Magadha, Matsya sowie Kāśi–Kosala.
