प्रातश्च सायं प्रयतो नैत्यकं विधिमाश्रितः । गायत्रीं समधीयीत गत्वारण्यं समाहितः

prātaśca sāyaṃ prayato naityakaṃ vidhimāśritaḥ | gāyatrīṃ samadhīyīta gatvāraṇyaṃ samāhitaḥ
