Concept: Reverent inquiry into origins and the moral character of cosmic powers is itself a dharmic act that opens the door to right understanding.
Application: Ask precise questions of qualified teachers; seek causes (how/why) rather than only effects; keep inquiry humble and oriented toward dharma.
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta

Sandhi Resolution Notes:
It asks about origins and causation: the birth of a being connected to Śambhu (Śiva), the birth of “the son of Earth,” and why the grahas (planetary deities) can be harsh despite their divine status.
It treats grahas as devas (divine powers) yet capable of causing suffering—implying that their “cruelty” functions within karmic and cosmic order rather than mere malice.
The verse encourages inquiry into dharma and karma: difficulties may arise through ordained cosmic agencies, prompting self-reflection, right conduct, and seeking proper understanding rather than blaming fate blindly.
