Hymn of Victory: Varāha, the Slaying of Hiraṇyākṣa, and the Praise of Viṣṇu

हिरण्याक्षस्य च हरेर्लोकविस्मापनं महत् । अस्त्रयुद्धं तथान्योन्यं कृतप्रतिकृतं च तत्

hiraṇyākṣasya ca harerlokavismāpanaṃ mahat | astrayuddhaṃ tathānyonyaṃ kṛtapratikṛtaṃ ca tat

Und es entbrannte der große, die Welt in Staunen setzende Kampf zwischen Hiraṇyākṣa und Hari: Waffe gegen Waffe, Schlag und Gegenschlag, in wechselseitiger Vergeltung.
