Narada (in dialogue context with Sanatkumara tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It links a sacred phonetic sign (the syllable ‘ma’) with Vishnu and teaches that realizing such divine identification at a holy liṅga-site leads to siddhi, exemplified by Kapila’s perfection.
Bhakti is implied through name-and-form contemplation: recognizing Vishnu through sacred syllables and worship at a sanctified emblem (liṅga) becomes a focused devotional practice that ripens into spiritual accomplishment.
Śikṣā/phonetics is implied: the verse treats a specific syllable (‘ma’) as spiritually significant, showing how sound-units (varṇa/akṣara) are used in mantra-based worship within Narada Purana rituals.
