Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within the Vedanga/ritual-technical discourse)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It emphasizes disciplined Vaidika action: shaping the altar/fire-space correctly and offering pure agrarian substances into Agni, aligning the performer with ṛta (sacred order) through precise ritual conduct.
Though primarily ritual-technical, it supports bhakti by teaching that devotion is expressed through careful, rule-based worship—offering sanctified substances into Agni as an act of reverence and surrender.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) is foregrounded: correct construction/placement in the kuṇḍa, proper kindling, and the specified homa-dravyas (sesame, mustard, wheat, rice, grains, barley) for oblations.
