The Exposition of the Nityā-paṭala
पद्माक्षैर्हवनाल्लक्ष्मीमवाप्नोति त्रिभिर्दिनैः । बिल्वैर्दशांशं जुहुयान्मंत्राद्यैः साधने जपे ॥ १४८ ॥
padmākṣairhavanāllakṣmīmavāpnoti tribhirdinaiḥ | bilvairdaśāṃśaṃ juhuyānmaṃtrādyaiḥ sādhane jape || 148 ||
Durch ein Havan (homa) mit Lotussamen erlangt man innerhalb von drei Tagen Lakṣmī. Und mit Bilva‑Blättern soll man, wenn man Mantra‑Sādhana und Japa aufnimmt, als Opfer in das Feuer den zehnten Teil der Mantra‑Zahl darbringen.
