Rādhā-Related Mantras Explained
षडंगानि प्रकुर्वीत वर्णन्यासं ततः परम् । रंध्राद्यामुखकंठेषु हन्नाभ्यां धारयद्वयम् ॥ ९१ ॥
ṣaḍaṃgāni prakurvīta varṇanyāsaṃ tataḥ param | raṃdhrādyāmukhakaṃṭheṣu hannābhyāṃ dhārayadvayam || 91 ||
Zuerst soll man die ṣaḍ-aṅga-nyāsa (Nyāsa der sechs Glieder) ausführen und danach die varṇa-nyāsa (Setzung der Buchstaben). Daraufhin soll man das Paar der Bīja-Silben „ha“ und „na“ in den Körperöffnungen, im Mund und im Hals geistig halten und einsetzen.

Śikṣā (phonetics) and mantra-vidhi are implied: varṇa-nyāsa depends on precise knowledge of sounds/letters, and ṣaḍaṅga-nyāsa reflects technical ritual procedure used in Vedic-tantric recitation.
