ग्रासो भूसहितो विप्र रसो व्याप्तं ततश्च हृत् । दाहोनांबु च हृत्पश्चाद्रयेंऽबुमरुदन्वितः ॥ ६६ ॥
grāso bhūsahito vipra raso vyāptaṃ tataśca hṛt | dāhonāṃbu ca hṛtpaścādrayeṃ'bumarudanvitaḥ || 66 ||
O Brahmane, der Bissen Nahrung (grāsa) wird zusammen mit dem Erdelement von rasa durchdrungen; dann wird er zum Herzen getragen. Darauf wirken das brennende Feuer (Verdauungshitze) und das Wasserelement, und nach dem Herzen schreitet er rasch fort, begleitet von Wasser und Wind.
