रसः स्थिरा ततः साग्निशून्यं तवियुतो मरुत् । रयः शून्यं चाग्नियुतं हृदाहंसाच्च तत्परम् ॥ ५७ ॥
rasaḥ sthirā tataḥ sāgniśūnyaṃ taviyuto marut | rayaḥ śūnyaṃ cāgniyutaṃ hṛdāhaṃsācca tatparam || 57 ||
„Rasa“ ist festgesetzt; dann kommt das Feuerlose, das, mit „tavi“ verbunden, „marut“ (Wind) heißt. „Rayaḥ“ ist leer; und, mit „agni“ (Feuer) vereint, wird es zur Gestalt „hṛdāhaṃsā“. Daraus wird das nächste Ergebnis gewonnen.
