The Description of the Four Durgā Mantras

आद्यं द्वितीयं करयोस्तार्तीयमुभयं न्यसेत् । मूलाधारे हृदि न्यस्य भूयो बीजत्रयं क्रमात् ॥ ४६ ॥

Transliteration

ādyaṃ dvitīyaṃ karayostārtīyamubhayaṃ nyaset | mūlādhāre hṛdi nyasya bhūyo bījatrayaṃ kramāt || 46 ||

Translation

Er soll das erste und das zweite Bīja auf die beiden Hände setzen und das dritte auf beide (zusammen). Dann, nachdem er sie im Mūlādhāra und im Herzen gesetzt hat, soll er die Dreiergruppe der Bījas erneut der rechten Reihenfolge gemäß installieren.
