सर्वराजवशं पश्चात्करिसर्वपदं वदेत् । स्त्रीपुरुषवशं सृष्टिविद्याक्रोधिनिकान्विता ॥ १०२ ॥

Transliteration

sarvarājavaśaṃ paścātkarisarvapadaṃ vadet | strīpuruṣavaśaṃ sṛṣṭividyākrodhinikānvitā || 102 ||

Translation

Daraufhin soll man die Formel rezitieren, die alle Könige unterwirft, und danach den allzweckhaften Ritus, der mit dem Elefanten verbunden ist. Ausgestattet mit der «Schöpfungs-Vidyā» und dem Mantra/Ritus namens Krodhinikā, heißt es, bringe er Frauen und Männer unter den eigenen Einfluss.
