Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada within a ritual/vidhi context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: vira
It frames sādhana as disciplined, time-bound worship: sustained vrata (one month), mantra-japa (one lakh), and homa (ten thousand) together purify intention and stabilize devotion through precise ritual action.
Bhakti here is expressed as steady upāsanā—regular remembrance through japa and offering through homa—combined with a devotional visualization of the Goddess’s form, making devotion both inner (smaraṇa) and outer (karma).
It highlights ritual-technical competence: correct counts (lakṣa/ayuta), homa materials (caru with ghṛta), and a structured observance period—elements aligned with Kalpa (ritual procedure) and related prayoga discipline.
