FAQs

It sets the correct inner method for sacred-name practice: before reciting the thousand Names, one should establish dhyāna on the Lord in a holy setting (Vṛndāvana by the Yamunā), making the chant devotional rather than merely verbal.

Bhakti is shown as a union of remembrance and recitation—first meditate on the Lord’s līlā-abode (Vṛndāvana/Yamunā), then hear/chant the Names, so the heart is anchored in loving contemplation while repeating the divine epithets.

It highlights mantra-prayoga discipline: śravaṇa (attentive hearing/receiving) and dhyāna (visualization/meditation) as preparatory steps for stotra recitation—an applied, technical approach to sacred speech and its proper use.
