आत्मानं चिंतयेद्वत्स तासां मध्ये मनोरमाम् । रूपयौवनसंपन्नां किशोरीं च स्वलंकृताम् ॥ ३० ॥

ātmānaṃ ciṃtayedvatsa tāsāṃ madhye manoramām | rūpayauvanasaṃpannāṃ kiśorīṃ ca svalaṃkṛtām || 30 ||

Lieber Sohn, betrachte in der Versenkung dich selbst—unter ihnen—als ein höchst entzückendes Mädchen, erfüllt von Schönheit und Jugend, als eine junge, mit Schmuck geschmückte Maid.
