Kṛṣṇādi-mantra-varga-varṇana

शखचक्रधनुर्बाणपाशांकुशधरारुणम् । दोर्भ्यां धृतं धमंतं च वेणुं कृष्णदिवाकरम् ॥ ७ ॥

śakhacakradhanurbāṇapāśāṃkuśadharāruṇam | dorbhyāṃ dhṛtaṃ dhamaṃtaṃ ca veṇuṃ kṛṣṇadivākaram || 7 ||

Rötlich schimmernd, die Muschel, den Diskus, Bogen, Pfeile, Schlinge und Treibhaken tragend; und mit den Armen eine Flöte haltend, in die Er bläst—erscheint Er als die «dunkle Sonne», der wunderbare Kṛṣṇa-divākara.
