चतुष्कपिङ्गलां पीतपिङ्गलां चोत्तमां शुभाम् । गोगणाष्टकमभ्यर्च्य लोकेशानुयुधैर्युतान् ॥ ६३ ॥

Transliteration

catuṣkapiṅgalāṃ pītapiṅgalāṃ cottamāṃ śubhām | gogaṇāṣṭakamabhyarcya lokeśānuyudhairyutān || 63 ||

Translation

Nachdem man das «gogaṇa-aṣṭaka», die acht heiligen Kühe—die vier fahlbraunen, die gelb-fahlbraunen sowie die vortrefflichen und glückverheißenden—gebührend verehrt hat, soll man sodann die Lokapālas, die Herren der Welten, zusammen mit ihren begleitenden Kriegern verehren.
