Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in a technical mantra-vidhi context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It links correct mantra-procedure (ṣaḍaṅga done via the bīja) with the inner culmination of practice—dhyāna—showing that ritual precision is meant to mature into focused contemplation of Puruṣottama (Vishnu).
Bhakti here is structured as mantra-based worship: the devotee sanctifies body and speech through the mantra’s auxiliaries and then settles into meditation on Puruṣottama, making devotion both disciplined and inward.
It highlights technical mantra-application (prayoga) commonly systematized through śikṣā (correct utterance) and ritual method—using a bīja to accomplish ṣaḍaṅga/nyāsa efficiently before meditation.
