Māruti-kavaca

Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It highlights devotional humility: even in a divine assembly where the devas worship, the devotee approaches Rāma (Vishnu) with namaskāra and accepts his appointed place, showing surrender and reverence.
Bhakti is shown through honoring the Lord (Rāma as Ramānātha), offering respectful salutations, and following the Lord’s instruction—devotion expressed as obedience, humility, and proper conduct in sacred presence.
It implicitly reflects ritual protocol (pujā-krama and maryādā): bowing first, then taking the assigned seat—an applied, procedural discipline aligned with correct observance in sacred gatherings.
