Procedure for Lamp-Offering to Hanumān
विलिख्य मध्ये मूर्तिं च महिषीगोमयेन वै । कृत्वा डमरुहस्तां च चकिताक्षीं प्रयत्नतः ॥ ७२ ॥
vilikhya madhye mūrtiṃ ca mahiṣīgomayena vai | kṛtvā ḍamaruhastāṃ ca cakitākṣīṃ prayatnataḥ || 72 ||
Dann soll man in der Mitte des bereiteten Ortes sorgfältig eine Gestalt mit Büffel- und Kuhdung zeichnen. Mit Mühe forme man das Bild: in der Hand ein ḍamaru (kleine Trommel), die Augen weit geöffnet wie erschrocken.
