Sanatkumara (in dialogue with Narada, within Vedanga-Shiksha instruction)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It emphasizes disciplined, embodied precision in sacred recitation—linking specific bodily regions to the practitioner’s awareness so that mantra-ucchāraṇa (utterance) remains controlled, pure, and effective in ritual and study.
While not a direct bhakti verse, it supports bhakti practice by safeguarding mantra integrity: accurate chanting and attentive bodily discipline are presented as practical foundations for worship, japa, and ritual offerings.
Vedāṅga-Śikṣā: attention to pronunciation mechanics and recitation discipline, using enumerated bodily points as a technical aid for correct chanting and controlled vocal production.
