Sanatkumara (teaching Narada on mantra-vidhi in the Vedanga/ritual-technical context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It emphasizes ritual completeness: mantra-sādhana is supported by honoring the cosmic order (the directional guardians), after which the mantra becomes effective and capable of fulfilling aims.
While primarily technical, it reflects bhakti through disciplined reverence—worship (arcana) offered to divine guardians as part of a larger sacred procedure that culminates in mantra efficacy.
It highlights applied ritual procedure and mantra-vidhi—how auxiliary worship (of Lokapālas with their āyudhas/insignia) is integrated to stabilize and ‘perfect’ a mantra for successful results.
