Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 167

आकर्षणपदा गच्छदागच्छहृदयांतिमः । अनेन व्यापकं कृत्वा जगन्नाथं स्मरेत् सुधीः ॥ १६७ ॥

ākarṣaṇapadā gacchadāgacchahṛdayāṃtimaḥ | anena vyāpakaṃ kṛtvā jagannāthaṃ smaret sudhīḥ || 167 ||

Nachdem (das Mantra) in die Stätte der „Anziehung“ gelegt und dann durch die Stätten des „Gehens und Zurückkehrens“ geführt wurde, bis es im Herzen endet, soll der Weise dadurch den ganzen Leib durchdringen und Jagannātha, den Herrn des Alls, gedenkend erinnern.
