It teaches that inner worship (hṛdaya-mantra) and outer ritual order (establishing the āsana/pīṭha) must be united—invoking the presiding “Yoga-Pīṭha” principle before commencing or sealing the practice.
Even in technical mantra-practice, devotion is expressed through reverent invocation—addressing the deity/principle as the indwelling Self (ātmā) and ritually preparing a seat as an act of honoring presence.
It reflects procedural ritual science—correct sequencing of mantra-recitation and the formal establishment of the āsana/pīṭha, a key element of disciplined upāsanā and liturgical method.
