Gaṇeśa Mantra-vidhi: Mahāgaṇapati Gāyatrī, Vakratuṇḍa Mantra, Nyāsa, Homa, Āvaraṇa-pūjā, and Caturthī Vrata
गीमाद्यं च भुवर्लोकं कंठांतं नाभितो न्यसेत् । स्वर्लोकं चैव गूमाद्यं कंठदिमस्तकावधि ॥ ९ ॥
gīmādyaṃ ca bhuvarlokaṃ kaṃṭhāṃtaṃ nābhito nyaset | svarlokaṃ caiva gūmādyaṃ kaṃṭhadimastakāvadhi || 9 ||
Man soll durch Nyāsa die Bhuvar‑loka, beginnend mit «gī», vom Nabel bis zum Ende der Kehle setzen. Ebenso die Svar‑loka, beginnend mit «gū», von der Kehle bis zur Scheitelkrone.
