māyāmṛtyumahāpāśādvimukto'smi śivo'smi vaḥ | iti stutvā tataḥ sarva gurave vinivedayet || 64 ||
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada the disciplined procedure of praise and guru-offering within Vedanga/ritual-technical context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It frames liberation as release from the twin bondage of māyā and mṛtyu, and then anchors that attainment in humility—dedicating the whole result to the Guru rather than claiming it as personal achievement.
Bhakti is expressed as stuti (reverent praise) and guru-nivedana (offering everything to the teacher). The verse emphasizes devotional surrender as the proper completion of spiritual practice.
It highlights procedural discipline: after recitation/praise (stuti), one performs vinivedana—formally presenting the practice, its fruits, and any offerings to the Guru, aligning with correct ritual and instructional protocol.
