Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches a specific yogic seat combined with Yoni-mudrā bandha, emphasizing disciplined control of the lower vital currents as part of technical sādhanā aimed at steadiness and inner restraint.
While the verse is primarily yogic and technical, such bodily steadiness and sense-restraint are presented as supportive disciplines that can stabilize the mind for sustained remembrance and worship (bhakti) of the Divine.
It reflects applied technical instruction (a śāstra-style procedural teaching) aligned with the Third Pada’s focus on practical disciplines—here, yoga-āsana and bandha/mudrā methodology rather than narrative theology.
