Sanatkumāra’s Bhāgavata Tantra: Tattvas, Māyā-Bonds, Embodiment, and the Necessity of Dīkṣā

पाशाः पंचविधास्त्वेषां प्रत्येकं तेषु लक्षणम् । पशवस्त्रिविधाश्चापि विज्ञाताः कलसंज्ञिकाः ॥ १६ ॥

pāśāḥ paṃcavidhāstveṣāṃ pratyekaṃ teṣu lakṣaṇam | paśavastrividhāścāpi vijñātāḥ kalasaṃjñikāḥ || 16 ||

Unter diesen sind die rituellen ‘pāśa’, die Bindungen, von fünf Arten, und jede besitzt ihr eigenes Kennzeichen. Die ‘paśu’, Opfergaben, werden ebenfalls als dreifach erkannt und unter der Bezeichnung „kalasa“ verstanden.
