तेजोऽसि गायत्र्यसीति प्रार्थयेत्सवितुर्महः । ततोऽङ्गानि त्रिरावर्त्य ध्यायेच्छक्तीस्तदात्मिकाः ॥ ५४ ॥
tejo'si gāyatryasīti prārthayetsaviturmahaḥ | tato'ṅgāni trirāvartya dhyāyecchaktīstadātmikāḥ || 54 ||
Indem man spricht: „Du bist Glanz; du bist Gāyatrī“, soll man zur großen Herrlichkeit Savitṛs beten. Dann, nachdem man die Glieder (aṅga) dreimal im Geist durchgangen ist, soll man über die Śaktis meditieren, die von eben dieser Wesenheit sind.
