Wer die Sinne bezwungen hat, das Wohl aller sucht und in den Pflichten des Dharma standhaft ist—wo immer er weilt, dort sind zugleich alle heiligen Tīrthas und die Götter gegenwärtig.
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches that true sanctity is carried by a dharmic, self-controlled person; their presence makes a place spiritually equivalent to a confluence of holy tirthas and divine presence.
Bhakti is supported by inner purity—sense-restraint, compassion, and dharmic action. Such a devotee becomes a living shrine where divine grace naturally manifests.
No specific Vedanga technique is taught here; the practical takeaway is sadācāra—ethical discipline and sense-control—as the foundation that makes rituals and pilgrimages spiritually fruitful.
