Graha–Ketu–Utpāta Lakṣaṇas: Solar/Lunar Omens, Comets, Eclipses, and Calendar Rules

मध्मार्गे च तिसृषु सर्वमप्यधमं फलम् । पूर्वस्यां दिशि मेघस्तु शुभदः पितृपंचके ॥ ६८ ॥

madhmārge ca tisṛṣu sarvamapyadhamaṃ phalam | pūrvasyāṃ diśi meghastu śubhadaḥ pitṛpaṃcake || 68 ||

Erscheint (ein Zeichen wie eine Wolke) auf dem mittleren Pfad und in drei (bestimmten Stellungen), so ist die Frucht insgesamt gering. Doch eine Wolke im Osten ist glückverheißend während der fünftägigen Pitṛ-Zeit (Ahnenriten).
