चित्रावरुणवैरिंचत्र् युत्तरासु गमागमम् । दर्शाष्टम्यां चतुर्दश्यां पशूनां न कदाचन ॥ १८२ ॥
citrāvaruṇavairiṃcatr yuttarāsu gamāgamam | darśāṣṭamyāṃ caturdaśyāṃ paśūnāṃ na kadācana || 182 ||
An den Tagen (oder unter den Yogas/Nakṣatras) namens Citrā, Varuṇa und Vairiñca sowie während des Uttarāyaṇa (Nordgang) soll man Aufbruch und Rückkehr, das Reisen, meiden. Ebenso soll man am Neumondtag, am achten und am vierzehnten Mondtag niemals Tiere bewegen oder handhaben.

It reflects Jyotiṣa Vedāṅga usage—applying tithi (darśa/amāvāsyā, aṣṭamī, caturdaśī) and named astral/temporal designations (e.g., Citrā) to guide practical decisions in ritual life and daily dharma.
