एवं मुहुर्वर्गमूलं जायते च मुनीश्वर । समत्र्यङ्कहतिः प्रोक्तो घनस्तत्रविधिः पदे ॥ १८ ॥

Transliteration

evaṃ muhurvargamūlaṃ jāyate ca munīśvara | samatryaṅkahatiḥ prokto ghanastatravidhiḥ pade || 18 ||

Translation

So, o Herr der Weisen, wird die Quadratwurzel immer wieder gewonnen. Und das Produkt dreier gleicher Ziffern heißt «ghana» (Kubus); in diesem Fall ist das Verfahren Schritt für Schritt anzuwenden.
