Sanandana
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: vira
It frames Vyākaraṇa (grammar) as a sacred gateway to Vedic meaning—implying that accurate language and correct forms are essential for right understanding, recitation, and ultimately for dharma and mokṣa-oriented study.
While not directly teaching bhakti, it supports devotional practice by emphasizing correct comprehension and articulation of Vedic and sacred texts—skills that protect mantra meaning and strengthen disciplined scriptural devotion.
Vyākaraṇa (one of the Vedāṅgas) is highlighted as the practical tool for mastering correct word-forms and usage, presented as foundational for accessing and interpreting the Veda.
