Account of the Aṣṭamī Vow Across the Twelve Months
उपोष्य विधिना भूयात्सर्वकामसमन्वितः । अंते कृष्णस्य सायुज्यं लभते नात्र संशयः ॥ २६ ॥
upoṣya vidhinā bhūyātsarvakāmasamanvitaḥ | aṃte kṛṣṇasya sāyujyaṃ labhate nātra saṃśayaḥ || 26 ||
Wer das Fasten nach der vorgeschriebenen Regel ordnungsgemäß hält, wird mit allen gewünschten Errungenschaften ausgestattet. Und am Ende erlangt er sāyujya, die Vereinigung mit Kṛṣṇa — daran besteht kein Zweifel.
