The exposition of the Pañcamī vow to be observed in the twelve months
Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue frame)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It gives a precise dhyāna-sequence: establishing a central inner symbol (an imagined lotus) and stabilizing awareness by contemplating the base/root and all directions—an aid to one-pointedness and inner worship.
By prescribing visualization and reverent contemplation, it supports bhakti as upāsanā—devotion expressed through sustained remembrance and mental offering, even before external ritual.
Primarily ritual-application through upāsanā structure (directional contemplation and locus-setting). While not a direct Vedāṅga lesson, it echoes kalpa-style procedural clarity used in guided worship and meditation.
