यावज्जीवं तु वा नार्या कार्य्यं सौभाग्यवांछया । व्रतेनानेन सदृशं स्त्रीणां सौभाग्यदायकम् ॥ ५० ॥

Transliteration

yāvajjīvaṃ tu vā nāryā kāryyaṃ saubhāgyavāṃchayā | vratenānena sadṛśaṃ strīṇāṃ saubhāgyadāyakam || 50 ||

Translation

Eine Frau, die gutes Glück begehrt, soll dieses Gelübde ihr Leben lang halten; für Frauen gibt es kein Gelübde, das diesem gleichkäme, wenn es darum geht, segensreiche eheliche Wohlfahrt zu verleihen.
