The Explanation of the Twelve-Month Caturthī Vrata

आवाहनादिभिः सर्वैरुपचारैः समर्चनम् । एकाग्रमानसो भूत्वा ध्यायेत्सिद्धिविनायकम् ॥ २८ ॥

āvāhanādibhiḥ sarvairupacāraiḥ samarcanam | ekāgramānaso bhūtvā dhyāyetsiddhivināyakam || 28 ||

Mit allen rituellen Diensten, beginnend mit der Anrufung (āvāhana) und den übrigen üblichen Darbringungen, soll man ihn der Ordnung gemäß verehren. Dann, den Geist auf einen Punkt gesammelt, meditiere man über Siddhi‑Vināyaka, den Spender des Erfolgs.
