तस्याहतस्य देहात्तु बहु सुस्राव शोणितम् ।

यतस्ततः स्ववक्त्रेण वामुण्डा सम्प्रतीच्छति ॥

Transliteration

tasyāhatasya dehāt tu bahu sustrāva śoṇitam | yatas tataḥ svavaktreṇa vāmuṇḍā sampratīcchati ||

Translation

Aus seinem getroffenen Leib floss reichlich Blut; wo immer es hinfiel, nahm Cāmuṇḍā es mit ihrem eigenen Mund auf.
