Adhyaya 88The Manifestation of the Matrikas and the Slaying of Raktabija

तैश्चासुरासृक्सम्भूतैरसुरैः सकलं जगत् ।

व्याप्तमासीत्ततो देवा भयमाजग्मुरुत्तमम् ॥

taiścāsurāsṛksambhūtair asuraiḥ sakalaṃ jagat | vyāptam āsīt tato devā bhayam ājagmur uttamam ||

Und durch jene Asuras, die aus dem Blut des Asura geboren waren, wurde die ganze Welt erfüllt; da wurden die Götter von der größten Furcht ergriffen.

This is not sarga/pratisarga etc.; it is a dharma-theology narrative illustrating Devī’s supremacy (śakti-tattva) through mythic history.

‘World-pervasion’ signifies that a proliferating bīja can colonize the whole psyche/cosmos. The devas’ fear indicates that partial faculties fail; only the integrative Śakti principle can contain the spread.
