Adhyaya 64Kalavati (Vibhavari) Offers Herself and the Padmini Vidya to Svarocisha

ततः कलाभिः सोमस्य वर्धन्तीभिरहः क्षये । आप्याय्यमानाहरहो वृद्धिं यातास्मि सत्तम ॥

tataḥ kalābhiḥ somasya vardhantībhir ahaḥ-kṣaye | āpyāyyamānā ahar-aho vṛddhiṃ yātāsmi sattama ||

Dann, als die kalā (Anteile, Mondphasen) Somas, des Mondes, von Tag zu Tag zunahmen, wuchs auch ich—täglich genährt—heran, o Bester unter den Tugendhaften.
